About Us
Prestige Home Automation has been providing custom electronic systems design, implementation and programming services for over five years. We do not try to be the largest electronic systems integrator in the Truckee Meadows. Nor do we try to be the least expensive. Our mission is to be the electronic systems integrator that people go to because we are trusted to do things right and treat people fairly.
Dean Detton is the Founder and manager of
day to day operations at Prestige Home Automation, a division of
Prestige Automation, Inc. Dean founded Detton Automation in February
2003 and it was renamed to Prestige Home Automation in May 2005.
Dean's primary roles at Prestige are Operations Manager, Systems
Architect and Systems Programmer. Prior to entering the home automation
business Dean spent 11 years at PeopleSoft, Inc. as a Software Engineer
and Project Manager. Prior to PeopleSoft, Dean spent 7 years at
American Mgmt Systems, Inc. as a Programmer Analyst and Project
Manager. Dean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Cal
State University Hayward. His spare time is spent with his wife and
son.
Emory Nestaval joined Prestige Home
Automation in March 2007 in the role of Electronic Systems Technician.
His responsibilities include rough-in wiring, equipment installation
and software programming. Prior to Prestige, Emory owned a successful
internet business selling car parts. He is a graduate of Spanish
Springs High School and is currently a part-time student at Truckee
Meadows Community College. His spare time is spent riding his
motorcycle, photography and spending time with his family.
