Home Automation Services
Prestige Home Automation is a custom electronic design and installation services company serving the greater Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Carson City, Nevada areas with home control automation systems such as lighting control systems, home theater systems and Security and Camera Systems. We do not sell products. We sell design, installation, programming and maintenance services but most importantly we sell engineered electronic systems. 
Design
Successful implementations of custom electronic systems rely heavily on a complete and accurate design. We have invested significantly in industry specific software that has streamlined the system proposal and design process. Our designs include detailed equipment lists, wiring schematics and complete system layouts.
Installation
During the rough-in phase we install the wiring infrastructure for all systems. We always do our best to setup a main trunk for our wiring and to keep the wire up high so that it does not get stepped on or tripped over. The source of most problems in electronic systems involve wiring so we do our best to keep it neat, up and out of the way. Every wire that is run gets a uniquely identifiable label so that we know what to do with it during the trim and finish phases.
During the trim and finish phases we terminate all of our wiring and install all interface connectors. It is during these phases where the equipment racks are installed and wired. All equipment is installed and wires are connected.

Programming
Most custom electronic systems require very detailed programming. All of our system and touchpanel programming and design is done in house which enables us respond more quickly to software issues. It also gives us complete control over the user interface design so we feel very comfortable promising that the system will be easy to operate.

Audio/Video Calibration
Most new audio and video devices require professional calibration before they will operate to their fullest potential. We have been factory trained by Sencore Electronics in the use of their audio and video calibration equipment and software. We have also been trained and ISF certified in video calibration by the Imaging Science Foundation. The bottom line is that we can help you get the best audio and video performance from your system. We provide this service to the greater Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Carson City, Nevada areas.
